Meet Adrienne
I’ve always been someone who felt things deeply. For years, I wrestled with worry, anxious thoughts, and the pressure of needing to “have it all figured out.” I remember asking myself over and over:
Why do I feel stuck? What’s underneath this worry? How can I live differently?
Eventually, I learned to slow down, listen to myself more closely, and rebuild life with clarity and calm. That shift changed how I approach decisions, challenges, and transitions — not by trying to control everything, but by finding steadiness in the middle of uncertainty and aligning choices with what matters most.
These days, I carry that same perspective into my coaching work. And outside of it, you’ll usually find me working out at CrossFit, walking my dogs, hiking in the mountains every chance I get, reading a book and trying hard not to embarrass my teenage kids. It’s those small, grounding moments that remind me what really matters.
Education and Experience
Adrienne received a Certificate in Strategic Intervention Life Coaching in 2022 from Robbins-Madanes Training. Prior to, Adrienne was involved with local non-profit organizations following a career in media as a seller, marketer and project manager in New York and Washington, D.C.
She holds a Master's in marketing management (with highest honors) from The University of Maryland Global Campus and a bachelor's degree in speech communication from the University of Georgia.
Adrienne lives in Norfolk with her family and two wild Goldendoodles.
